Is Mba Must After Pgdba (hr)

i did my Post Graduate Diploma Business Administration (spl. in hr) from Symbiosis, is there any need to do MBA from any university.. pl. clarify and i want to do some regular diploma either part time (6 months to 1 yr.) is there any institute in delhi which conduct these types of courses in hr...
pl. help me out.

Pgdbm at symbiosis is sufficient to make a carrier in hr .
So Why You are looking for MBA or Other Diploma ? If Possible go for
Phd.

Most of the companies do not recognize distance courses of Symboisis, ICFAI and others.Also, u will suffer in time of promotion later in your career if your peers are full time MBA. My advice don't take a chance. It would be very difficult once you cross your 30s and sit with young students in class for doing full time MBA. Better do it now.
