I am working as an HR manager in a Pvt Ltd company in Mumbai. I have been asked to frame HR policies for our company. Can anyone please guide me regarding it? Being a fresher, I am not well versed with the policies.
You have creativity if you are a fresher. Rule your world with your own rules. However, you have some rules in HR related to finance, so these rules can be obtained in accounting standards, PF Act, IT Act, etc. Follow even government rules and regulations pertaining to your industry. Have a perfect leave management, create a perfect pay division, make rules for appraisals, and strive for perfection after creating them.
