Hi there,
In view of your request, please note that I have not found software capable of measuring the efficiency of processes. However, if you use Microsoft Project Management, it will help. It won't be accurate, but it's a useful tool.
On the other hand, I have developed a document to help you evaluate the effectiveness of processes. I have assigned a mathematical value to each function and process within the function.
The attached document contains more than one master sheet and sub-sheets. Assuming you would like to evaluate the effectiveness of Human Resources functions and processes, I have divided HR Functions into 8 parts. Each part represents 12.5% of the total HR Functions (100/8 = 12.5).
Within each function, it is further divided into processes. We have assigned a value to each process as mentioned earlier. Each function is valued at 12.5%, so each process within a function (assuming 8 processes per function) would be valued at 1.56% (12.5/8 = 1.56).
The values provided in the sheet are hypothetical. You can adjust the numbers as you wish. The calculations are based on a foundation and an idea, so feel free to use any set of values.
I hope this information is useful for you. "I tried."
Kind regards, [Your Name]
