Types of Pension

Superannuation
- If age is 58 years or more
- 20 years or more of service

Retirement
- If age is between 50 and 58 years
- 20 years or more of service

Short Service (Cessation)
- If age is above 50 years
- 10 to 20 years of service

What will be the pension as per the three above options? Kindly also mention the formula for calculating each.
