I'm working in a manufacturing industry as a HR and we use to recruit marketing guys. The problem is, they are not sticking with us for a long time ie., the attrition ratio is high.
Kindly suggest me, how to retain a marketing guy or how to recruit a marketing guy with good consistent level.
According to me the main reason is,
Tougher Product - Cant able to promote easily(Solar product)
Waiting for my seniors reply and currently having opening for Trichy location(Marketing Manager), kindly refer any of your friends.
