Hey, bad news!

I forwarded the PowerPoint presentation which you had attached here with this topic to my boss, and she didn't find it good :-(. I need a more advanced version of this, focusing on how and what information is shared with the subordinates and how to assess what your subordinates require. Basically, the communication between manager and employee, not the writing and reading communication.

That's a good PPT. But before forwarding, you could have just made it colorful and added a few points - quoting your organization's projects as examples. Anyways, nevertheless, late... any PPT is impressive only when it relates to the organization and is presented well.
