Hope you are all doing great. Actually, my friend is working as an IT Recruiter in a small company. She has placed candidates with different clients but has not received the incentives for these placements. Now, she is planning to resign from the company this month. After she leaves the company, who will receive the incentives?

Could anyone please provide information on the incentive structure of an organization?

Your solution is: The company will receive the incentive/reward for the work done by your friend. Since your friend has left the organization, the company will definitely benefit because your friend had represented that particular company. Your friend can demand that the company pays her.
