Discovering 'MANAGEMENT': Insights from Sri Sathya Sai's Lectures on People Skills

I want to share with you all that there is a book 'MANAGEMENT' as part of the curriculum of Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning MBA Program. It gives an insight into how important managing people is in achieving organizational goals. It is a compilation of a series of lectures given on this topic by Sathya Sai Baba. It is very inspiring and contains solutions for all our day-to-day problems. If we give serious thought to the content, we can improve our work leaps and bounds. I will share it if I could get a soft copy.

Good news brothers, the book, the new revised version, is available for sale at Sri Sathya Sai International Centre, Lodhi Road, Delhi, and is priced at Rs 200 only.

I just bought it today and I am going through it. It's an excellent narration of how we can handle ethical dilemmas at work and also how we can set up a value-based organizational culture. I would love to share more about it as I read, in case you guys are interested.
