So when I upload my articles, how do I get highlighted? Do I get to be on the front or in the list?

Hi, if your content is practical or useful, you will be highlighted, currently the front is reserved for thought leaders who have come up with their own processes or innovations contributing to the industry... but the inside has may places where you and your name and company (if you want) can be exposed to HR and OD members looking for your expertise
if you are an HR or OD person and just want to get exposure, new ideas, and share your expertise, then the more you interact, the more points you get to get free books, DVDs...
