Navigating Degree Attestation for Qatar Visa: Can I Handle It from Abroad or Must I Visit India?

I belong to Haryana. I have done my MBA from Uttarakhand, and now I am working in Qatar. However, my visa category has changed, so I want to change my visa category. For this purpose, I need to get the education certificate attested from HRD and MEA.

Please let me know how I can complete all the necessary activities in a short period of time. Alternatively, can I send the original certificate to my parents in Haryana and have it processed there? Is it necessary for me to go there personally to handle these matters? I am confused.

Please advise on the process and provide the addresses for the same. Also, please inform me about the charges.

You can also get it done from the Indian Embassy in Qatar. From the embassy, they will send it to Delhi (HRD Dept.) for attestation. You should have all originals with you during the attestation process. Just visit there and try to understand the processes; they will guide you on how it will be done.
