First, my sincere thanks to you for your response. I might have not been clear in my question, so let me brief you now. I am looking for software that can reduce our paper/manual work. For example, if an employee wants to request stationary, company cab, a soft board, etc., it has to be done through that particular software and it has to go for approval to his/her manager. If the request is approved, then it has to come to us to move forward.

So, by the end of the day, we can track our performance with the timeline for each issue such as facility, transportation, and infrastructural requirements.
