MBA Student Needs Help with TPM Questionnaire for Upcoming Project Deadline

Hi, I am a student of MBA 2nd semester and urgently require a questionnaire on T.P.M. Please send me some information as my project submission date is the 30th of this month.

You hardly have 2 weeks left. What were you doing all this time when you would have known about this requirement months ago? Have you done any literature survey? What is the expansion of TPM? Where will you use the questionnaire? I can keep on raising similar questions before I elicit enough details, but I won't.
