Salary Breakdown Confusion: Are My Basic and Allowances Calculated Correctly?

1) For example, Basic Rs.3200, HRA is 40% of basic, FTA is 50% of basic, conveyance allowance is 50% of basic, medical allowance is 44% of basic, and education allowance is 50% of basic. Is this the correct calculation?

2) Is Basic calculated for 30 days, correct?

3) In the above example, staff is present for 25 days and the remaining 5 days on leave without pay. In this case, we provide Basic for 25 days only, and other allowances are also reduced. Is this calculation correct? Please clarify.

I am also working as an HR professional. In my organization, and according to the accountants, all other allowances are deducted along with the basic salary.

According to me, all emoluments connected with Basic are to be deducted, whatsoever the case may be, viz leave, LOP.
