i hav got the same excel sheet with me frm tth same site itself. rgarding my project i hav already got dtails regarding
1) whts temping
2) its benefits to employer - employee
3) advantages and disadvantages of temping
4) whts attrition
5) its causes and remedies
wht im looking forward is how to forgo with my project. also i need to kno the models in calculating attrition. i hav got no idea abt it.
also post me some questionneirs if u hav regarding attrition int emping.
