I have got the same Excel sheet with me from the same site itself. Regarding my project, I have already got details regarding:

1) What's temping
2) Its benefits to employer and employee
3) Advantages and disadvantages of temping
4) What's attrition
5) Its causes and remedies

What I'm looking forward to is how to proceed with my project. Also, I need to know the models for calculating attrition. I have no idea about it.

Additionally, please provide me with some questionnaires if you have any regarding attrition in temping.
