Hi Pooja,

If you have MS-Project on your system, it is much easier to track the daily updates on the tasks assigned. That tool is specially meant for such purposes; it is the project planning and management tool. In case you don't have it and don't know how to use the tool, you can still track updates using Excel. However, for this, you should have a basic knowledge of logical skills. Please take a look at the attached document, which has just four columns. Enter the relevant data in the columns and finally link the data of the sheet to a chart. Then, every day, update the % complete column and refresh the chart. The rest is easy; you can either email the chart image or take a printout of it.
