Jargons are technical words used by people while communicating orally or in written form, which may not be understood by the reader. For example, when HR-related jargon such as CTC or KRA is used, the HR person assumes that the listener or reader has understood, which sometimes acts as a barrier in communication. Jargons are thus regarded as barriers in communication.
