You can also conduct training based on the needs of the organization. Cover topics such as the organization's vision, mission, philosophy, management expectations, and on-time production.

Additionally, you can opt for training on 5S, kaizen, safety-related training tailored to the organization's requirements, and technical training. You can download such topics from the same site.

Hi Madri, I would suggest identifying the training needs for your shop floor employees. Don't just go for training for the sake of it. You can conduct a survey of your employees, perhaps with the help of an MBA student, and then, based on the inputs, you can arrange training.
