Curious About UGC Ph.D. Rules for Part-Time Study? Any Relaxations for Women?

Dear all,

Is anybody aware of the UGC regulations (2010) for pursuing a Ph.D. (part-time)? Are there any relaxations for female candidates?

What kind of relaxations are you expecting for women? Let's be fair enough at least in education and not expect relaxations. SNDT Women's University has only female candidates; however, the rules and regulations are the same. You can also check the UGC website.

Is there a university that upgrades PG to MBA? I have completed my PGDBA from Symbiosis, which cannot be upgraded to an MBA by Symbiosis. Can anyone suggest other universities?
