Workforce Challenges Today: What Are the Biggest Issues Your Organization Faces?

I wanted to know what the most pressing workforce issues are faced in an organization these days or in the near future. Is it related to obtaining skilled employees, health issues, retention problems, appraisal challenges, or something else?

Current marketing conditions are an issue overall. Workforces that are not recognized are seeking opportunities in the outside market for better prospects.

Certainly, all of those mentioned by you... But also leadership qualities to engage with employees are a key factor. For an employee, his/her boss, the company... every day morning/evening when an employee gets up and wants to go to work, thinks about the environment at work, compares to his/her current situation, and then makes a decision. Irrespective of challenging factors, if a manager/boss/leader can motivate the employee to work... there will be minimizing trends of workforce challenges.

I am doing my summer internship on predictive modeling for recruitment, and I am solely focusing on the need analysis of the future workforce. Can you please suggest some articles and studies that have been conducted previously so that I can support my project?
