EPF AND PF,EDIL(first Priority)

Dear Friends,
Kindly consider this query,give statutory answer" in one employee case his PF Wage is 20000,we are contributing on that wage,pension fund restricted to 541,remaining fund transferred to provident fund. Here p to considrges(as/c1) and pension wage(a/c 10) and Edil wage(a/c21).here can we restricted to 6500(edil) admin(a/c2).
Kindly looking for suitable answer no complication from PF Authority

Dear Madhu sir,
As you said i restricted EDIL @6500,But accounts people objected to restrict.they are asking section in Edil Act says that to restrict.
May i know is there any clause in EDIL Act and reason of Restriction.
Kindly give valuable information.

Please ask the Accounts persons to refer provisio to scheme 7 of the Employees Deposit Linked Insurance Scheme, 1976, in which it is clearly stated that the contribution towards EDLI in respect of employees shall be restricted to a salary of Rs 6500.
