Seeking Advice: How Do You Plan Manpower for a New Supermarket Based on Sales and Space?

Dear Seniors,

Could you please help me out with how to do manpower planning for a retail store? For example, if I am starting a supermarket, how can I find the required manpower? Currently, we receive this information from Mumbai, where our head office is situated, and they make the decisions. However, I am aware of two key areas, i.e., targeted sales and the square footage of the store. Let's proceed with these two factors and plan accordingly.
