Employee Satisfaction Analysis: How Do I Use Statistics to Understand It Better?

I am doing my project on employee satisfaction. Please suggest to me how to go about the analysis. How to use statistics in the analysis?

After the employee satisfaction index, which will tell me the satisfaction level at each parameter, do I need to do a correlation of parameters? Do I need to do regression?

You have not stated how you have collected data and in what form. You cannot apply statistical tests for open-ended questions.

Then why did you not state that in the first place? Please post the data in an Excel table, and we will see how we can help you. Also, see my posts at CiteHr; I have given links to websites that clearly explain how to apply different tests and when. Without sufficient information exchanging messages to solicit basic information required is not efficient.
