Dear All,
Namaste.
The concept HR itself reveals that it is private sector. Nevertheless, I would suggest that HR people may also study HR policies in public sector i.e. the Central government offices in our country. The most reliable source for HR policies in these offices is Swamy's Handbook published and updated every year. The public sector may not like to follow the government pattern but it may be useful on many issues.
Sincerely,
Shyam Agrawal
