I am looking for some reporting formats for my Marketing & Sales staff. Can I get some help on this? Plus, if there is something for follow-up, it will be great.

We are uncertain about what you mean by "formats." We have a format that has proven successful for us, but we are unsure if it will be beneficial to you. Regardless, we are attaching our successful reporting and follow-up formats.
