Can An Employee Be Nominated As Occupier As Per The Factories Act

Can an employee of the company be nominated as the Occupier of the Factory, without inclusion of his name in the list of Directors.
Factory is located in CG.

well, only the Manager of a Factory or MD can be an Occupier. Basically Occupier is the person who manages the factory like MD manages the show of a Company.

The term occupier denotes a position of responsibility and accountability.He will be a person having control over the running and management of the factory.He is also the responsible person for being prosecuted under that Act.
