Hi, I am a Research Scholar (new to this forum) pursuing research related to Leadership and Organisational culture. I would like to utilize the OCTAPACE tool (developed by Prof. Udai Pareek) for my work. Can any of you send me the questionnaire along with the brief scoring pattern and details on the validity/reliability of the scores?
