Hi Latha, you seem to have posted the same message thrice. Which college are you studying in? Is it your final year project? Which city are you based in?

Post-Recruitment Process

Post recruitment, the process is extensive. It begins with induction, where you familiarize the employee with your organization. Explain his/her job profile, etc. And the list goes on. Tell me, which book are you referring to?
