hey thats a comprehensive list ..but people like me prefer reading e-books rather that buying them ..do you have any links so that i can read all the stuff online ...if yes then please do post it ..i would be ever greatful to you for that.

Certainly a comprehensive help. Good list for ppl like me who are from some other domain and trying to make their career in this field. Also, keep posting stuff which will help to learn nuances of HR.
Myself an electronics engg who wants to be in general management or in HR field. I have taken a first step by enrolling myself in this site and looking forward for help of everyone.
