Need Help Improving Communication Skills for New Management Role in Hyderabad?

I have entered into the management side of a software company. So, I need to improve my communication skills. Can anybody train me individually or in a batch in Hyderabad? Please help me in this regard.

The best way to improve your communication skills is to join a Toastmasters club. Hyderabad also has a club, and you can visit www.toastmasters.org to get the coordinates of the same.
