Can I Pursue an LLB with Less Than 50% in Graduation? Seeking Advice for Evening Classes in Delhi

Sir, I am working in the government sector in Delhi. I want to pursue an LLB through evening classes. I have 49% marks in my graduation (B.COM (P)). As per my information, the eligibility condition for pursuing an LLB is at least 50% in graduation. Sir, is there any university offering this course for those who have below 50% marks in graduation? I belong to the OBC category. Please guide me urgently.
