Value Addition Apart From Regular MBA Degree

Would like to know about the distance learning courses through which professionals like me who are hold Full-time employment with Regular MBA Degree.
How can we add to our knowledge in compensation, benefits, satutory compliances etc

No part time programme can supplement the value of expereince .Topics like compensation , statutory requirements , trends in HR can be learnt more by participating in discussion forums such as this one rather than any part time learning programme .
