Considering Relocation: What Salary Can HR Pros with 6+ Years Experience Expect in India?

Hi Guys, I am just wondering about the current salary range across industries in India at the moment. I have over 6 years of experience in HR (India & Dubai - UAE) and am currently working with a multinational contracting company. I am considering relocation, so what salary range do you think I can expect?

FYI: I hold a Bachelor's Degree and am currently pursuing a Master's from a recognized university in the UK. I appreciate your input and thank you in advance.

MBA from Reputed Schools + Work Experience in All MNCs
6 years experience: 12-18 LPA

MBA from Average School + Work Experience in All MNCs (with a Science/Engineering Bachelor's Degree)
6 years experience: 9-12 LPA

- MBA from Average School + Initial Experience in Staffing (Consulting Firm) → Last 2-3 Years in MNC
- Without MBA (just Bachelor's Degree) + MNC Working
6 years experience: 5-7 LPA
