Job In Hr Field - Doc Download

hi there,
Iam doing my final year M.B.A (Hr &Finance)project and my graduation was B.Com. Currently,I am looking for a good positon in hr field though i don't have any prior experience in this field but i possess good knowledge in it. i am also looking for an industry(apart from BPO and consultancy) within chennai. i would be grateful to you if you could help me in the above case.
