How Can I Break into the HR Field in Chennai Without Prior Experience?

I am doing my final year MBA (HR & Finance) project, and my graduation was in B.Com. Currently, I am looking for a good position in the HR field, though I don't have any prior experience in this field, but I possess good knowledge of it. I am also looking for an industry (apart from BPO and consultancy) within Chennai. I would be grateful to you if you could help me in the above case.
