Is Bond Legal In India...??

We can't say that the bond is invalid. It depends up on the terms and conditions laid down in bond.

Of course it is not correct to make the issue very serious. Each case depends on its facts .
Therefore it is better to get advice from the legal experts or HR Seniors in Cite HR and then take the risk.
