I wanted to let everyone know that 'name of the employee leaving 'will be moving on from the company from today due to her 'reason for leave'. As many of you know, that 'name' has been an invaluable member of our team and was an instrumental contributor on a number of projects. Her attention to details, and persistence will be sorely missed.
Please all join me in thanking name for her invaluable efforts during the past 1 year and wish her the best of luck for her new beginning & her future endeavors.
A small farewell has been organized for her so let's all gather at 5 PM today in the corridor & give her our best wishes.
