Hi everybody,
I am Sampada, a new group member. I am finding it very interesting to read all the doubts/queries/requirements shared by you. It's a good learning process for me as I have recently completed my Diploma in HR from Wellingkar Institute.
Presently, I am working in UltraTech Cement Limited (Aditya Birla Group) for the last 2 years as an assistant cum Secretary to the Assistant Vice President (Finance). I am now looking forward to getting a break in HR. Unfortunately, I am not receiving any calls; the hurdle is experience. I have more than 5 years of experience as an assistant, but it is not in HR (I have worked in MIS, Service Dept, Finance).
I would like to know what I should do to get a job in HR. I do not want to continue in my current position, but due to financial problems, I cannot leave the job either. I also aspire to do an MBA/PG Diploma in HR. However, due to financial constraints, I am currently focused on securing a good job in HR first.
Please guide me.
