Ways To Motivate Employees

Hello Seniors,
I work in a small BPO company,I have just now streamlined couple of things herr like salary on time and offer letters etc...
At the same time I would like to motivate them in different other factors,like either taking them for movies(fortnight) or lunch out...can you suggest few more other things,which can be done inside office itself?

TO motivate your employee you could start with awards like Most Punctual Awards, Most clean table awards, Role model employee etc., even you can start celebrating the Birthdays, anniversaries etc

You can also conduct some indoor and outdoor games or cultural events once in a week. And also you can conduct out boon training. Recognition and rewards to an employee. Each individual has to recognised and rewards them.

employee motivation very important issue in this if any employee is do any better work try to appriciate him/her and give me some of the awards (it monetory or non monetory) and offer dinner with employers and always boost him.
and conduct small competions,and cultural events.
and make friendly atmosphere in the organisation.

another important consideration in bpos is retention so u can have small cake cuttin celebartions after a batch completes six months and either a monetory reward or a party after successful completion of a year,
