Thanks for the information. I have a few doubts. Originally, PF & ESI challans are in quadruplicate (1 copy to the bank, 1 to ESI/PF through the bank, 1 copy for the depositor, and 1 to be sent through the employer to the concerned). I want to know the present system.

1. The date of payment is not mentioned in the challan.
2. The number of subscribers is varying from A/c No.1 to A/c No.10 due to exempted employees. There is no column to mention this. Can anyone clarify?
