Dear Suresh,

The format you have sent is very basic according to the fields that you have in the format, and again, this is not useful for everyone. But anyway, thanks for sharing!

I find words meager, and my expression too poor to clothe the profound debt of gratitude that I owe Cite-HR for the honor you have done to me in soliciting my views, comments, and opinions on the myriad issues of engrossing interest and utmost relevance to us, HR learners, students, and practitioners. I bow my head in humility. You bestow on me the privilege I am, truthfully, not worthy of. I am, dear friends, most beholden.

I had to undergo an invasive surgical procedure for renal complications. Time for recuperation and convalescence was essentially needed; therefore, I could not be as active as I may have ardently wished.

With your prayers, wishes, and His blessings and mercy, I am well. I promise to make rejuvenated endeavors to measure up to the expectations and confidence reposed in my contributions towards learning. Sharing and dissemination of knowledge shall be frequent as well as profuse. I thank you again, most sincerely.

Regards
sauhard
This isn't actually an induction format. Induction is something that you provide to the newly joined candidate as a brief understanding of the company he's in. I mean, I believed that was a real induction. Wasn't it?

Hi, The purpose of an induction program is to familiarize newly joined employees with the basic systems and procedures adopted by the company in various departments. The induction program is also used to communicate the mission, vision, and goals of the organization. Forms need to be modified to meet these requirements.
