The salary structure of a Senior Executive or any position may differ from company to company and is based on the company's policies. I would request you to please refer to your company policies regarding the same and the package band that has been decided for such a position.

For example, in my company, it ranges between 4-6 lakhs. In some other companies, it may be higher or lower, depending on the case.

2) Companies' paying capacity
3) Compensation and benefits policy of the company
4) Market surveys
