Struggling with Balanced Scorecard Format for a 900-Employee Software Firm – Any Advice?

I need help on the BALANCED SCORECARD format. Currently, I am working for a software organization (PRODUCTS & SERVICES) with 900 employees in Mumbai.

Hi,

I have earlier worked in a BPO as a Manager, and this is what I have, but I'm not sure how this works for a software firm. Maybe you can change the data points and then use it. I am currently not in search of one until now, but in case you get any format on a scorecard, please do share it with me. I have joined as a resource manager now in a software firm.
