Hi,
I have earlier worked in a BPO as a Manager and this is what I have but not sure how this works for a software firm. May be you can change the data points and t hen use it.
I am currently not in search of one till now but incase if you get any format on scorecard, please do share with me. I have joined as a resource manager now in a software firm.
