Dear Sirs
I need to help me on my case.In my Company there was no current on one particular day. They announced us not to come to work. But they have not paid us for that day.
Is it any law as per our Indian Labour Act.
Please guide as nearly 40 people have affected by the cruelty of the management.
Our managemnt directed me that, All the Leaves will be allowed accoring to Industrial and Labour Laws only.
In this connection, Is there any statutory obligation to allow leaves by mode of Casual Leaves and Sick leaves to employees.
regards,
