Your presentation on Collective Bargaining is really appreciable. I liked it very much. I would kindly suggest changing the layout of the PowerPoint. It's not comfortable to read such small alphabets on a designer slide. I hope you take my suggestion in the proper spirit.

Indeed, it was a good presentation, but with a few flaws such as overly elaborated content, spacing issues, and background details. Try to be more concise and direct to the point.

I could only go through a few slides, and there is a lot of information. Just one polite request - in slide number 6, the goal for management looks exaggerated. Also, kindly avoid using the term "lay off" as we never use this word in the Indian HR context.

At the outset, I would like to share with you that this presentation contains very useful information, but the way of presentation is improper. I would like to suggest that you add the content slide at the beginning of the presentation because it will provide a snapshot of the content.

Dear All,

It is a good presentation. However, there is no such point if the bargaining or agreement fails to maintain peace and harmony in the organization. Management always breaks the agreement and forces employees to go against it. To maintain the spirit of the agreement, both the union and management are responsible.
