i would kindly suggest to change layout of ppt, itz nt comfortable to read so small alphabets in such a designer slide.
i hope you take my suggestion in proper spirit.

Hi,
I agree with Jafferali..The presentation if very useful and covers many aspects, however reading it was a bit hard considering the graphics in the background.

At d same time juz put d important points rather than all d stuff.
it blemishes ur work.the main points cud cum out not all oder stuff shud make it messy.

I have seen the slide and it is full of informations indeed. I would suggest to add different types of CB to give it a complete shape.

indeed a good presentation but with little flaws like the content is very elaborated, spacing prob and the background stuff... try being short and to the point.

I could go through very few slides...and it has lot of information. Just one polite request ..in slide no 6 Goal for Management Looks exaggerated also kindly avoid using the word Lay off... We never use this word in Indian HR context.
Hope you will take the suggestion in proper spirit. :)

The content when trimmed and repackaged could make it a better presentation. Good attempt.

Only change the layout & design, give some spacing & dont worry of increased No. of slides.
