Need Help with Advance PF Withdrawal for Building My House – What's the Procedure?

Please help me with the advance PF withdrawal for the construction of my own house as a member. What is the procedure?

If you have been a member of PF for at least five years, you can apply for an advance from PF (not withdrawal) by submitting Form 31 through your employer.

PF Advance for House Alteration/Repair

I am working with my present organization for more than 5 years. I want to apply for an advance from my PF for the alteration/repair of my house. Please suggest:

1. The house for which I want to apply is more than 15 years old, but I have recently purchased it. Can I apply for the PF advance for alteration/repair of the same?
2. What documents are required along with Form 31 and the declaration form to be submitted to the PF office?
3. What is the normal time for the issuance of the advance?
