Cost To Company, being nomenclatured as CTC, is to be calculated whatever an Employer is spending for the acquiring of his/her general official services or professional services rendered, as agreed upon mutually between the Employer and the Employee. Under this category, basic salary/pay, DA, VDA, HRA, Conveyance Allowance, Educational Allowance, Uniform Allowance (including washing Allowance) Refreshment Allowance, Medical or Medicine Expenses,EPF i.e., Employer's contribution of 12% and any other expenses involved as per the Organizations' policies. It is being calculated as per requirement either on per mensem or per annum.
