Starting a Yarn Manufacturing Project in Gujarat: When Do We Need Pollution Board Consent?

Dear Seniors,

We are putting up a new project in Gujarat for manufacturing yarn from Polyester Chips. We have just started the process of constructing the building. Please let me know whether at this stage, consent from Gujarat Pollution Control Board (Water & Air) is required to be obtained? If not, at what time will the consent from the department be required?

First, you have to obtain a NOC from the department to start your factory construction. Then, when your project is ready, you have to obtain consent.

We are putting up a new project in Haryana for a coating and paint plant. We have obtained the No Objection Certificate (N.O.C) for pollution. However, we now require the consent for pollution. Please provide us with the necessary documents for the consent of pollution.
