14. Grievance Reviews
15. Breakages and Losses Responsibilities

17. Company Vehicles
18. Confidentiality
19. Access to Personal Files

Dear Jahnavi,

You may also add the following:

- Exit Interview Policy
- Recognition and Reward Policy
- Incentive Scheme (Project completion award???)
- Referral Scheme and any other schemes (Personal, Car, Home Loans etc.)
- Office Romance Policy (if you are having any such issues)
- Training & Development Policy

I have arranged these as they came to mind first. Kindly rearrange them as per your requirements.

Regards,
Shailendra

I don't think you should add things like incentives, etc., because that is a part and parcel of an HR manual rather than a handbook. A handbook is a condensed version of a manual, and these topics are confidential and need not be disclosed to every individual.
