Can a Graduate Diploma in Human Capital Management from Singapore Land Me a Job in India?

I have one query regarding the job prospects in India. Right now, I am in Singapore working with a recruitment firm, and soon I am going to start my Graduate Diploma in Human Capital Management from a renowned institute in Singapore.

My query is whether I will be able to get a job in India with this diploma course. Whenever I search on different job sites, I notice that every employer is looking for an MBA candidate.
