Is NIPM's PGDPM Worth It for Enhancing HR Qualifications Through Distance Learning?

I am an MBA graduate from 2007. I am looking to enhance my qualifications beyond an MBA in HR, which is why I have chosen to pursue a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management. Can I enroll in NIPM's PGDPM course through distance education? Is PGDPM considered a valuable qualification?

You already have an MBA in HR, so I'm not able to understand why you want to pursue a PGD again. I would suggest considering a fellowship program in advanced Human Resources if you are looking to further enhance your qualifications. An MBA course typically covers all aspects of human resources.

Heard of a PG diploma from ISTD? Seriously, your decision to join a course in Personnel Management again is a waste of time, money, and effort. Consider enrolling in a PG course in Labour Law, a PG course in Training, or something similar. Alternatively, you could apply for a Doctorate in HR, although industry experience would be beneficial to support you in that endeavor.
