Bulk Hiring

Dear senior HRs can anyone explain me what is bulk hiring?how do we do bulk hiring?
I m fresher and wants to start my career in HR field n looking for detailed knowledge about it...so can prepare to face the interview.

bulk hiring means hiring in bulk or lot..
cos generally do bulk hiring by either scheduling walkins or scheduled intws..
bulk hiring is done to hire jr level staff or entry level staff who are required in lot. for ex: call center executives, graduate engineer trainees etc.

actually i hav a voice process of e ommerceso i wants to hire for my process
but i don;t knw how can i hire some bodyy and how can we, and
how can i explore my self in market and about my process hiring.
